Artisan Food Packaging – my talk at Foodcamp

This is the talk I gave at the Foodcamp in Dungarvan (part of the Waterford Festival of Food) yesterday.

Thanks to the people who attended for asking questions and making the session interesting – I enjoyed it and hope you did as well.

What is this?

This blog is a celebration of local, small scale and artisan food producers who truely care about the food products they produce. Its real food.

It is written by me (Keith Bohanna) and because of where my interests lie I do not do recipes, growing or any of the more usual stuff of a food blog.

In this 2013/4 iteration I will be mostly writing about a series of events I am running which celebrate those small scale producers.

Welcome your comments and feedback :-)
